Description reads
"DSi Dual Dock" but it only docks one DSi and one DS at a time. We have 2 DSi games which cannot be charged together. It does not include a cord to plug it in. You are to use your original cord that came with the game. Does not fit in charger with a skin on. Need to remove every time. I was "very disappointed. "

I wish I had realised that this didn't work either or. One side is for the DSi, other is for DS lite. It does lite up in a nice blue light that can be seen clear across the house in the dark! It charges my system nicely. I have already worn the color away from my plus pad on my new DSi! It is a good value for the money. But, if you don't have both systems to use on it, I would look for another charger.

The website text is a little misleading. This doesn't actually come with an AC adapter, you have to supply your own DS or DSi charger to plug into this base. Once you've plugged it in, the blue light comes on and stays on. You can't see the charge indicator lights on the DSi (although you can on the DS. ) It does have two blue LEDs but they were always on, with no indication of charge status. The last problem is the fit of the DSi. On the DS side, it goes on quite easily, but the DSi side is very tight and I had a hard time getting it on so it was charging. My 8 year old could not get it in at all.

I think the idea is brilliant, and hope that this manufacturer, or another, can remedy the complaints I have.
